Charter Date: September 14, 1974 at the Salt Lake City SWS meeting by Pat McEwen, International President.
The formation of the Fullerton Chapter was
the culmination of years of consideration within the sprawling Orange County
Chapter. The logical division of the large old chapter was into north and
south areas.
It seemed a practical solution that the areas two main General Aviation
Airports, Fullerton and Orange County, form the nuclei and the chapter
division roughly depends on the individual pilot's base of operation.
